The ROM-R is a Universal sized ROM knee brace for patients who require post-operative fixation and/or range of motion control for post-injury stabilisation.

Indications:

  • Immobilisation of the knee during the post-operative and/or functional rehabilitation period (including ligament, patellar tendon, joint cartilage and meniscus injuries, as well as fixed or stable fractures of the tibial plateau, condyles, proximal tibia or distal femur)
  • Immobilisation of the knee following an injury
  • Conservative treatment of knee ligament injuries and/or ruptures
  • Knee instability

Description

The ROM-R is a universal sized hinged knee brace used for Immobilisation and/or stabilisation with adjustable telescopic rigid uprights and a motion control hinge. It has quick tool-less adjustment of extension (from 0° to 105°), flexion (from 0° to 120°) and immobilisation (from 0° to 90°).

Features:

  • ROM hinges with drop locks and tool-free adjustable flexion and extension settings
  • Sturdy aluminum struts with extendable ends that telescope from 19″ to 26″
  • Easy to fit and adjust
  • Comfortable and light weight
  • Malleable paddles with individual cool pads can be contoured to the leg to achieve an intimate fit, increase stabilisation and improve brace suspension
